| Becky Grabner, HYI, CH
is one of the three owners of the Omaha Yoga School and Hyp-Yoga Inc.
She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years beginning with a home
practice with a book by Richard Hittleman. Since then she has had the
opportunity to train with many wonderful instructors through Beth
Shaw's YogaFit and also with other notable instructors through
workshops. Becky is also a Certified Hypnotherapist through NGH.

Becky is the President of Hyp-Yoga's Di-still-ation (Discipline, Stillness & Meditation) which is a Christian program developed to teach contemplative practices to the lay person. Becky teaches Hyp-Yoga and Di-still-ation classes at the yoga school and at local churches.

| Carly Halleen Cummings, HYI, RYT, CH
is the Current Director of the Omaha Yoga School and the CEO of
Hyp-Yoga Inc. She is a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor
and a Certified Hyp-Yoga Master Trainer. Carly is also a Certified
Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and an NLP
Practioner with the NFNLP. Carly holds a BSBA from the College of
Business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she studied
entrepreneurship and management. | Carly started teaching yoga in 2001 after beginning study under Beth Shaw's YogaFit program. Carly has had the opportunity to study under many wonderful Master Yoga Trainers in Shaw's program. She has also taken many workshops that have little by little shaped her own practice and teaching style from instructors such as Sean Corn, Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, and Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. an owner of the Omaha Yoga School and Hyp-Yoga Inc. Kim is a long-time
yogi who crossed over to teaching in 2006. Kim is a Registered Nurse
and works full-time for St. Jude Medical. Kim
is a Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists since
2007. She specializes in teaching Hyp-Yoga prenatal classes and is
currently developing the Prenatal DVD program and Instructor Training
Program. Kim teaches in the Gretna Studio and Prenatal at the Omaha Yoga School.

| Megan Minturn, HYI, RYT
joined the Omaha Yoga School as a Vinyasa Yoga teacher in the fall of
2008. She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification at Sonic
Yoga in New York City. Yoga proves a natural fit for Megan as it is a
perfect union of her love of movement and philosophy.
She
began studying ballet at the age of 3 and participated in Perry
Mansfield's Performing Arts School in Steamboat Springs, CO. and Omaha
Theatre Company's Pre-professional program until leaving for college in
New York.

At Fordham University Megan majored in Philosophy
and minored in African and French Major Studies. Aside from teaching
yoga, Megan works with the Artery teaching ballroom dance to 5th
graders, African Culture Connection teaching African dance to middle
school students, and most recently dancing and teaching with The

| Stefany Stephens, HYI, CH
is a Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor and Certified Hypnotherapist. She
has her yoga training through YogaFit and has been teaching since 2006.
Stefany was in the first group of instructors ever to be trained in Hyp-Yoga and has been actively involved in the company since the beginning. Stefany's classes are fun and relaxing and especially great for people
just beginning yoga. |
| Neely Jenkins, HYI Neely is a certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor.
Being a dancer since the age of three, she enjoys how the movement of
dancing and the flow of yoga work together in a perfect union. Along
her yoga journey, Neely noticed how the
practice helped bring her body and mind to peace while reenergizing her
as well. To her, yoga means harmony, health, and happiness while
gaining strength, flexibility and balance. Neely believes that a great teacher is
always a student and is actively seeking new classes and new teaching
techniques to bring to her classes. She hopes to create a love, a
warmth, and a passion for yoga inside each one of her students. |  |
Nicole Grummons, HYI is is a Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor. She has her yoga training through YogaFit and has been
teaching since 2008. Nicole specializes in leading Hyp-Yoga weight loss programs.
Robin Conner, HYI is is a Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor. She has her yoga training through YogaFit and has been
teaching since 2008. Michael Lowens, HYI is is a Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor. She has her yoga training through YogaFit and has been
teaching since 2008. Jennifer Long, HYI is is a Certified Hyp-Yoga Instructor. She has her yoga training through YogaFit and has been

 | Meredith Busher, RYT
is the former Director of the Omaha Yoga School and still teaches at the school. Meredith began her exploration of yoga during a college semester studying in Tamil Nadu, India, in 1996. While in India, she also developed a deep love for Indian philosophy, religion, and South Indian art and culture during her studies with scholars, Dr. Venkatramen and Dr. Ted Adams. It was particularly her keen interest in Indian philosophy, which compelled her to deepen her study of yoga. | In 2001, Meredith completed her initial yoga teaching apprenticeship in classical, Raja Yoga at the Omaha Yoga School with Margaret Hahn, an early student of BKS Iyengar. She has studied Vinyasa with internationally recognized teachers, Shiva Rea and Rolf Gates, and attended teacher trainings with Tias Little and Rod Stryker. Meredith has been teaching full time since 2001 and was the owner and director of Omaha Yoga School from 2003-2007. In 2008 Meredith left OYS to pursue continuing studies with Siva Raja Yoga Master, Swami Santhi Santhiprasad in Kerala, India. Meredith now assists Swami Santhiprasad with his teacher trainings in India and conducts classes, workshops and trainings in the United States and abroad.
In addition to her teaching, Meredith is also a licensed massage therapist and Ayurvedic consultant/therapist. She completed her Ayurvedic training in 2006 at the Chakrapani Ayurvedic Clinic and Research Center in Jaipur, India, where she had the opportunity to work one-on-one with internationally respected Ayurvedic physicians, Dr. Rajesh and Dr. Mitta Kotecha. Meredith offers Ayurvedic counseling, including individualized constitutional analysis, diet and daily/seasonal regimen recommendations.
Meredith is an E-RYT 200 equivalent with over 5,000 hours of teaching experience. She has completed advanced training through Swami Santhiprasad’s 500 hour teacher training program recognized by the Yoga Alliance in the United Sates and the International Yoga Federation. She is certified in Massage Therapy through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and licensed by the State of Nebraska. Yoga has touched every aspect of Meredith's life. She brings her commitment to the true essence of yoga, her expansive love and her enthusiasm for sharing this profound practice to every class.
Margaret Hahn is founder of the Omaha Yoga School and trains teachers in Omaha; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Calgary, Alberta. Margaret began studying yoga in 1972. She has studied yoga asana and pranayama (posture and breath control) with American instructors Lynn Anstine, Diane Hatfield, Jerry Byrd, and Ramanand Patel. On trips to India she has studied with B.K.S. Iyengar and his daughter, Geeta, and son, Prashant. Her research into the history of yoga brought Margaret to the Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur, India, where she participated in asana and pranayama classes with the Temple guru. Margaret has studied Indian art and religion with scholars Dale Stover, Dorothy Fickle, Robert Minor and Michele Desmarais. She has studied Indian philosophy and yoga practice with London instructor Kamal Paul; meditation with Indian gurus, Mahatmaji Parlokanand and Dr. V. J. Pratrap, and chanting with Pandit Mukesh Desai. With the help of students and family, Margaret self-published Hymns of the Omaha Yoga School in 1997; Beginning Yoga, Omaha Yoga School in 1999; The Ganesha Series and Responses to the Challenge of Terror: A Traveling Essay by Dr. John Paul Lederach in 2001.
