All Omaha Yoga School Classes will be on a rolling registration basis from January 2008 forward.
You will still register for a specific spot in a specific class day/time, but there will no longer be any set school sessions, just your own personal session start date and end date.
You will still be responsible for making-up your missed classes within your own personal session time. You will also need to renew your spot at least 10 days before the end of your personal session, after that your spot will be open to anyone waiting to get into your class.More class descriptions are below the Google Calendar.

Classical Yoga Classes Students
in All Levels classes receive careful instruction on body alignment in
a variety of asanas (postures) and hands-on adjustments by the
instructor. All Levels classes also introduce students to the
philosophy of Classical Yoga.
Based
on the Yoga Sutras, the most revered yoga text of ancient India, the
philosophy of Classical Yoga guides the student toward a deeper
understanding of oneself. Through asanas, pranayama (yogic breathing),
meditation and philosophy, students are given the tools to begin
slowing down, opening the body, focusing the mind and finding silence
within. Open to all students. Registration required. | Hyp-Yoga Classes In
your Hyp-Yoga Class you will experience the power of both yoga and
hypnosis. In the tradition of the yoga mind/body connection, Hyp-Yoga
takes you a step farther with the tools to make behavior changes and
habits.
Take a Hyp-Yoga Class for weight loss goals, general health and well being, productivity, etc.
