Using games, music, and much imagination, kids will
explore their mind and body in a fun and safe environment. Yoga for Kids helps develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and body
awareness. Participants balance their minds through relaxation,
breathing, and imagination activities.
Recommended for kids ages 4-8 (please call us to discuss other ages)
