is so many layers to your yoga practice and every individual has a
different path they should be following. Classes are wonderful for this
journey, but sometimes you need to start studying at a more personal
level. The most visible aspect of yoga is
our physical practice of poses (hatha yoga). In classes we practice our
poses, breathing, meditation, and even a little bit of philosophy, but
in private sessions we can focus on these limbs in the amount
appropriate to you - plus we can add on even more limbs of yoga depending

Body Focus Package - Train
one-on-one for strength, flexibility and knowledge to master difficult
poses tailored for your body. The package will include yoga poses and
flows as well as exercises developed to strengthen and elongate

Study one-on-one with your own personal yoga guru to go in depth into
yogic philosophy while learning how to put your knowledge into practice

with your personal yoga instructor on learning how yoga can be applied
to any body no matter how tight, stiff or out-of-shape. Beginners

with a Certified Hyp-Yoga Weight Loss Expert Instructor to teach your body and your mind how to work together to start leading you through your weight loss journey. Yamas - your attitude towards others and the world. Niyamas - your attitude and how you treat yourself. Asanas - physical poses to relieve stress and rejuvinate the body. Pranayama - breathing exercises to cleanse, focus, and empower the body and mind. Prathayara - withdrawal of the senses which occurs during our breathing, meditation and poses. Dharana - concentration and focusing of the mind on one concept or object. Dhyana - meditation or stilling of the mind to heal the body, find your true self, and connect with the universe and the devine. Samadhi - enlightenment is the state of peace and wholeness that is reached through the use of the other limbs of yoga.
