Vinyasa Yoga

Join us in a flowing class that will challenge your whole body. Vinyasa classes flow poses from one to another in conjunction with the breath creating a beautiful practice for your body and your mind. This class is sequenced quicker than a Classical class and is sure to challenge both your body and your mind.

Classical Yoga

Students in All Levels classes receive careful instruction on body alignment in a variety of asanas (postures) and hands-on adjustments by the instructor. All Levels classes also introduce students to the philosophy of Classical Yoga.

Based on the Yoga Sutras, the most revered yoga text of ancient India, the philosophy of Classical Yoga guides the student toward a deeper understanding of oneself. Through asanas, pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and philosophy, students are given the tools to begin slowing down, opening the body, focusing the mind and finding silence within. Open to all students.

Advanced Beginner Classical Classes -
For students ready to work on, or already practicing backbends, including chakrasana (wheel), and inversions. This class will also include pranayama, meditation and chanting.
